Cream the butter and sugar then add all other ingredients to make a soft, smooth dough.
Form dough into a log, wrap in plastic wrap, and chill until firm.
Once chilled, slice off 1/4" thick rounds. Tray up on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake until matte and dry on top.
Drizzle with melted chocolate and top with your favorite sprinkles, then enjoy!
