Prosecco Cupcakes Recipe

with Prosecco Buttercream!

These lemon Prosecco cupcakes have a fluffy, quick-mix cupcake base and one-step Prosecco buttercream with a subtle boozy note from the sweet Prosecco.

What you'll need for the buttercream...

Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

Add remaining ingredients and beat until batter is smooth.

Tray and bake your cookies until just lightly golden brown.

Portion into 12 cupcakes and bake until golden brown on top.

Beat all ingredients together to form a smooth, fluffy frosting.

Pipe a rosette on top of each cupcake, add pearl spray and glitter, then finish with a few sprinkles.
