Melt together butter and chocolate.
Combine eggs and sugar until smooth.
Combine chocolate and egg mixtures, then stir in flour.
Spread batter evenly in an 8" pan.
Bake until fully set, then cool to room temperature.
Trim off edges, and chop brownies into small pieces.
Crumble brownies fully, removing any crunchy crust bits.
Scoop, roll, and coat truffles, then decorate to your heart's desire!
