Toast marshmallows.
Combine dry ingredients, and beat butter + sugar until light and fluffy.
Stir together wet and dry ingredients to make a stiff dough, then add marshmallows and chocolate chips.
Blend in marshmallows and chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
Scoop into dough balls and place on parchment-lined baking sheet.
Sprinkled with extra graham crumbs, and place a chocolate piece on top.
Back until crackly and golden brown, allow to cool for 5-10 minutes, the enjoy that ooey-gooey deliciousness!
