Raspberry Jam (without pectin!)

This Raspberry Jam without Pectin can be made with red or black raspberries and requires no pectin at all to make a delicious spreadable jam!

Here's what you'll need...

Add berries, sugar, and lemon juice to a large pot.

Smash berries and mix with other ingredients to make a uniform slurry.

Turn on heat, bring to a boil, and maintain a slow rolling boil for 15 minutes, stirring frequently.

Remove from heat at 15 minutes, or when temperature reaches 218°F/103°C on an instant-read thermometer.
